Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Competitive (depending on the role)
- Salary: Varies between schools (depending on the PayScale of the London Borough)
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced enough to carry out role duties to a high standard.
- Capable of working on your own initiative or as part of a team.
- Possess a “Can Do” attitude to work (if you don’t know, find out).
- Knowledgeable in school systems (SIMS/BromCom/Arbor/FMS/Integris) depending on the role.
- Proficient with Microsoft IT packages (intermediate level at least).
- Understanding of Safeguarding, GDPR, and Child Protection.
- Knowledge of team support and well-being.
