Merlin School is a well-established independent co-educational pre-prep for children aged 4 – 8 years, situated in Putney, London. We are non-selective and truly inclusive, providing a highly individualised education with a focus on breadth in the curriculum. Support and an induction into the Merlin teaching programme is given to all new members of staff. Purpose
To provide an efficient, welcoming and professional reception service and to deliver high-quality administrative support across the school. The role ensures smooth daily operations, accurate data management, and effective coordination of events, communication, and compliance processes.

Person Specification
An enthusiastic and motivated Administrator with good IT skills and strong attention to detail to join our busy Administration team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential together with an ability to work as part of a team and work calmly and accurately under pressure.
Start Date: 15th of August 2026
Salary commensurate on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Term Time Only (Inclusive of 8 INSET days) plus 2 weeks
Interview Dates: 13th and 15th July 2026
