School Attendance Implementation and Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a School Attendance Implementation and Improvement Specialist to join a growing education technology company at a pivotal stage of expansion. This role involves facilitating the use of a live attendance improvement platform utilised by schools across the UK, helping them transition from initial onboarding to confident, everyday application.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver structured, expert workshops for school teams primarily via video calls and screen sharing.
- Guide schools through setup, workflows, and real-life application of the platform.
- Assist schools in interpreting their data to make informed decisions about attendance processes and interventions.
- Support schools as they progress from initial setup to confident, embedded use.
- Review platform usage and assist in refining routines, communication, and workflows.
- Provide feedback on common challenges to improve workshops, resources, and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Credible experience working with schools, possibly in attendance, pastoral, teaching, training, implementation, or school improvement roles.
- Calm and confident in facilitating structured workshops with school staff.
- Technically adept and quick to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working with data, rules, thresholds, and workflows.
- Ability to explain complex processes in simple, practical language.
- Organised, reflective, and dedicated to making a significant impact on pupils and families.
- No prior knowledge of the software is required but must be capable of becoming highly fluent in the platform and confident in explaining its use.
