Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

UK Experience: You must have proven, recent experience working within a UK school or educational setting. Candidates without specific UK school experience cannot be considered.

Qualifications vs Experience: Relevant professional qualifications (such as CSBM/DSBM or financial management certificates) are highly desirable, but we will happily accept and value equivalent, solid hands-on experience in a similar role.

DBS Requirements: You must hold an enhanced DBS certificate currently registered on the UK Update Service, or be completely willing to undergo and clear a new DBS check through Randstad before starting.

Skills: Strong proficiency in managing school budgets, overseeing administrative teams, handling facility operations, and navigating school management systems (such as SIMS or Arbor).
