We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and safety-focused School Minibus Driver to become a valued part of our team at Quinton House School. If you enjoy helping young people start and end their school day safely and positively, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Details
Role: School Minibus Driver
Hours: 25 hours per week, 36 weeks per year
Schedule: Split shift (morning & afternoon school runs)
Location: Quinton House School, Upton, Northampton
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes
- Carry out daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
- Keep the minibus clean, tidy, and roadworthy
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and appropriate behaviour of students
- Complete basic driving, mileage, and safety records
What We're Looking For
- A valid driving licence (D1 category preferred)
- A clean driving record
- Previous driving experience (school or community transport beneficial)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Calm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
- PSV Licence required
