Registered Nurse – Lancaster
40 Hours per Week | Full Time (52 Weeks)
We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our clients specialist residential college, supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with clinical leadership, helping people live safe, fulfilling and independent lives while supporting and developing care teams.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess health needs and develop personalised care plans.
- Lead on medicines management and complex clinical procedures.
- Train, coach and assess support staff in delegated clinical tasks.
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Promote safe practice, safeguarding and continuous quality improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
- Experience in adult health, social care or specialist education.
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
- Confident mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice.
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
