Salary: Grade B – £28,598-£34,434 pro rata (Actual salary £17,159 – £20,660)
Contract: Part Time 0.6 (Wednesday – Friday)

About the Role
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the campus office. You will provide high-quality administrative, financial and organisational support to the Head of Campus and senior staff, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the school.This is a varied and rewarding role that includes responsibility for managing administrative systems, supporting safeguarding processes, overseeing financial procedures, maintaining pupil records and coordinating communication between staff, families and external agencies.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the day to day running of the campus office
- Providing confidential administrative and secretarial support
- Supporting safeguarding procedures, including visitor management and data handling
- Monitoring budgets, processing orders and maintaining financial records
- Maintaining school databases (e.g. Bromcom) and accurate pupil/staff records
- Coordinating attendance processes and liaising with internal and external support teams
- Organising meetings, producing minutes and supporting reporting processes
- Arranging pupil transport and acting as a key liaison with external providers
- Supporting health and safety administration and compliance processes
- Supervising and supporting office staff where required
