School Premises Officer / Caretaker (Full-Time)
Location: Lewisham
Hours: 5 Days per Week, Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and proactive School Premises Officer / Caretaker to join our friendly and welcoming school community in Lewisham.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of school premises management, health and safety procedures, and building maintenance. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a School Premises Officer, Caretaker, or similar role
- Strong understanding of premises management, maintenance, and health & safety
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant degree or qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of COSHH
