About the role: The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, planning and assessing in line with curriculum expectations, and contributing to the wider school community. KS5 teaching may be available depending on experience.

Deliver high quality Science lessons that support progress

Plan and assess effectively in line with curriculum needs

Create a positive learning environment

Support student achievement through feedback and intervention

Work collaboratively with the Science team

Requirements – The ideal candidate would have:

QTS or equivalent qualification

Strong subject knowledge in Science

Experience teaching KS3 and KS4

Good communication and organisational skills

A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
