The ideal candidate
- Relevant degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, plus QTS or PGCE certification.
- Teaching experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification classroom experience.
- Cambridge background: Previous experience in Cambridge schools is highly desirable.
- Communication skills: Strong ability to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.
