Academics is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming secondary schools in Tonbridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, following school plans where provided.
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching styles.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Assess and support pupils' learning throughout the day.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and leadership teams.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
