The leadership team is experienced, approachable and committed to supporting staff to succeed.

You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual EHCP outcomes.
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Support pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally.

- Contribute to a creative and ambitious curriculum designed to prepare learners for successful futures.
- Promote independence, confidence and resilience in every learner.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching secondary-aged learners.
- Can teach a core subject or has the flexibility to support across a range of curriculum areas.
- Has a passion for SEND and inclusive education.
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
- Is resilient, adaptable and committed to helping every learner achieve their potential.
What's on Offer?
- Permanent position starting September.
- Competitive salary plus a generous SEN allowance.
- Small class sizes with excellent levels of support.
- Supportive and well-established senior leadership team.
- Extensive CPD and career development opportunities.
- Collaborative and welcoming staff team.
- Opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
If you're looking for a rewarding teaching role where you can make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
