We are recruiting experienced and highly professional Luxury Retail Security Guards to support a prestigious retail client. This role requires a strong, proactive security presence combined with excellent customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and effective security presence within the store
- Monitor customer activity and actively prevent theft and loss
- Respond quickly to incidents
- Deliver a polished, professional front-of-house presence in line with a luxury brand
- Conduct regular patrols of the shop floor and surrounding areas
- Liaise with store management to support loss prevention strategies
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Proven retail security experience within luxury or high-end retail
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of responding to incidents
- Strong observational and conflict management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-presented, and confident demeanour
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
Working Hours
Shift rota to include the working hours below
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Sunday: 11:30am – 6:00pm
Flexibility is required to support peak trading periods.
