At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities • Select products accurately to meet picking targets • Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy • Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided) • Opportunities in our Ambient and Chiller sections
Skills & Experience • Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role • Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment • Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock
