we are looking for a SELF – EMPLOYED Full time person to join the team. This position is NOT seasonal and is all year round.
Ideal for a keen gardener, the role involves maintaining a number of regular gardens / grounds both residential and commercial To the highest standards.
The role includes mowing and strimming lawns, weeding and hedge cutting, soft landscaping services ( general garden maintenance) This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to be flexible and help with other tasks as and when the work dictates
A full clean driving licence is needed for this role .
A keen eye for detail , pride in work, being reliable, good time keeping and a positive attitude are all essential.

work Hours will vary depending on weather & season
Summer hours are typically and winter hours are these times are not fixed and will be dependent on schedule
Weekend work overtime available if wanted
The current pay is on a day rate basis, however we will always happy to pay cash bonus for a late shift or completing extra work & all round good attitude. we carry out regular pay reviews and paid on performance
You must be able to work in all weather. Be physically fit. not glued to you phone and be able to arrive to work each day and on time. you must have your own transportation to get to Stevenage or letchworth.
