The Opportunity
As the local property expert for East London, you'll be responsible for winning instructions, generating business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and building a pipeline of business
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Managing client relationships from instruction through to completion
- Building a strong local presence and referral network
- Keeping abreast of local market trends and property values
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within residential estate agency
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to generate business and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of the East London property market
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
