Reed Croydon is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, modern accountancy practice in Southeast London that’s looking for a motivated Part-Qualified Semi-Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

This isn’t just another accounts job. You’ll be trusted with your own responsibilities, supported by experienced Managers and Partners, and given a clear pathway to Senior Accountant level.
You’ll work with a varied and interesting client portfolio including SMEs, start-ups, and growing owner-managed businesses — all within a progressive, cloud-based environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, LLPs, and sole traders
- Producing corporation tax computations and CT600s
- Assisting with personal and partnership tax returns
- Handling client queries and building strong working relationships
- Preparing and assisting with management accounts
- Supporting MTD for ITSA digital record-keeping and quarterly submissions
- Assisting with VAT returns, CIS, and bookkeeping
- Supporting advisory assignments and wider practice projects
- Ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to practice standards
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ UK practice experience (essential)
- Confident preparing accounts with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of Corporation Tax and VAT
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Strong organisational skills and deadline management
- Experience with Xero and QuickBooks essential
- IRIS Accounts Production experience highly desirable
