Semi-skilled Production Operative Back Shift – Appleton Thorn
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Semi-skilled Production Operatives to work for our client based in Appleton Thorn, Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, great benefits, and genuine room to grow and progress.
This position would be suitable for applicants who have previously worked in a role as an Assembly Operative, Production Operatives or General Operative.
Due to the location of the site, access to own transport is required.
Shifts:
- 16:00-02:30 Monday to Wednesday
- 16:00-01:30 on Thursday
- Friday Off
Rates of Pay:
- £15.57 – £20.15
- Pay rate is dependant on experience and skills

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Semi-skilled Production Operative will be:
- Loading raw materials into machines
- Assembly of products
- Operating machines
- Quality checking
- Packing stock into boxes
- Labelling boxes and ensuring correct colour coding
- Maintain housekeeping standards
Essential Skills:
- Be a quick learner and have a positive attitude to work
- Dexterity and practical skills
- An individual who is highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to communicate well
- Attention to detail is essential
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in production environment
Training:
- Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
