The Role – SEN HLTA
Qualiteach are looking for an experienced SEN HLTA to join a specialist Post-16 SEN school in the Heathrow area on a long-term, full-time basis. As an SEN HLTA, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, lead small group interventions and occasionally cover classes when required. You will work with students aged 16-19 with Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping to develop their academic, social and independence skills. Previous experience working within an SEN environment is essential.

The school is a specialist Post-16 SEN provision located in the Heathrow area, supporting young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, complex needs and communication difficulties. The school focuses on preparing students for adulthood through a personalised curriculum that promotes independence, employability and life skills. The school is well-resourced, has a supportive leadership team and offers good transport links and on-site parking.
