The Role
You’ll be teaching a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet each child at their level. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and leaders who truly value collaboration and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent)
- Experience working with SEN in a primary setting (or strong passion to transition into SEN)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to differentiate and adapt learning creatively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
