The Role

You’ll be teaching a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet each child at their level. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and leaders who truly value collaboration and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with SEN in a primary setting (or strong passion to transition into SEN)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Ability to differentiate and adapt learning creatively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
