Teaching Personnel are thrilled to be supporting the launch of a brand new Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Tonypandy, opening this September. This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team and help shape a school environment from the ground up.
We are working in close partnership with the school to recruit passionate, committed, and caring individuals who are eager to make a meaningful difference in young people’s lives.

About the Roles
You will be part of a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community, working with pupils who have a range of additional learning needs.
Available roles include:
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- Behaviour Support Assistants
- 1:1 Support Workers
- General Classroom Support Staff
Your responsibilities may include supporting pupils’ learning, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging social development, and helping to create a safe, engaging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
