The Role – SEN Secondary Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Secondary Teacher to support pupils aged 11-19 within a specialist setting. You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to meet a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. The role involves planning engaging lessons, adapting learning to meet EHCP outcomes, promoting independence and creating a structured and inclusive classroom where pupils can make meaningful academic, social and emotional progress. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.
