SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN Teacher – Join a Supportive & Rewarding Team
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Teachers to join our team, whether on a permanent basis or supply.
About the Role
We work closely with a range of SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Moderate to severe learning difficulties
- Complex needs
These settings are incredibly rewarding and focus on building trust, routines, and meaningful progress for every student.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have previous SEN experience (in schools or similar settings)
- Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Can build strong, consistent relationships with students
- Are reliable and committed – ideally available 4–5 days per week to provide the consistency our students need
- Are confident working as part of a team within specialist SEN provisions
