**SEN Teaching Assistant**

Aspire is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and behavioural challenges.

All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and benefit from tailored support designed to meet their individual needs. We are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning environment where every young person is encouraged to thrive, develop confidence, and achieve success.

**The Role:**

* Supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * Assisting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs * Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing * Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff * Helping to deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences * Building positive and trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues

**What We're Looking For:**

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASC, SEMH, or behavioural needs * A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A genuine commitment to making a difference in young people's lives
