The Role – SEN Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. The role involves working towards EHCP outcomes, promoting independence, supporting positive behaviour and creating a structured and engaging learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress. You will work closely with therapists, support staff and families to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.

This specialist provision is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The school supports pupils with a range of complex special educational needs and provides personalised learning, therapeutic support and a nurturing environment focused on communication, independence and life skills development. The school was judged 'Outstanding' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2019.
