SEN Teacher (Primary)

An expanding specialist education provider is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join a successful and growing team in Kings Cross. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pupils with special educational needs across Key Stages 2-4 and further education pathways.

The SEN Teacher Role
As a SEN teacher, you will deliver high-quality, adapted learning experiences that enable pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. Working closely with therapists, TA staff and wider professionals, you will help ensure every learner can achieve their full potential.
Key duties include:
- Planning and delivering structured, differentiated lessons
- Tracking and assessing pupil progress
- Adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding
- Contributing to a united, multi-disciplinary team
- Contributing to whole-school development and ethos
This SEN teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about special needs education and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Salary & benefits
£37,870 – £50,474 (DOE)

We are looking for a reflective, resilient and committed SEN teacher who:
- Holds QTS and a relevant degree
- Has experience in SEND/SEMH (primary or secondary)
- Can adapt teaching to individual learner needs
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Works well within a team
- Is passionate about safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Safeguarding
