Mana Education are urgently recruiting SEN Teachers for a growing number of opportunities across specialist schools and SEND provisions in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to support children and young people with a wide range of additional needs across both primary and secondary age groups.

We Welcome Experience In:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) SEMH Speech & Language Needs Challenging Behaviour Trauma-Informed Practice Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Complex Medical Needs ADHD & Emotional Regulation
Teachers from mainstream backgrounds with a genuine interest in SEND are also encouraged to apply.
The Role
Assignments are available across a variety of specialist schools and provisions including:
Day-to-day supply cover Short-term assignments Long-term teaching placements Maternity cover Temp-to-perm opportunities Permanent SEN teaching positions
Many long-term positions offer pay to scale from day one.
You will deliver engaging, personalised learning while helping pupils build confidence, independence and essential life skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS / equivalent recognised teaching qualification OR relevant experience in UK schools Experience supporting children or young people with SEND Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A calm, patient and adaptable approach Passion for helping pupils achieve their potential Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
