A progressive and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their supportive team. You will be working with children aged 4 to 16 who have severe (SLD) or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and other complex learning needs including ASD. This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for qualified teachers with a passion for inclusive education and child development.
As an SEN Teacher, you will lead a small, well-supported class and work closely with experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals. Your role will be to plan and deliver tailored lessons, support pupils' emotional regulation, and create an environment where every child can thrive academically and personally.

- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
