What you could be doing:

Working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Classroom Support Assistant

Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or across the whole class

Assisting learners with SEN / SEND needs and additional learning support

Helping teachers deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

Supporting behaviour, engagement, and classroom routines
