What the role involves:

Supporting teachers in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Classroom Support Assistant

Assisting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or whole class settings

Helping to deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN / SEND support) where required

Promoting positive behaviour management and pupil engagement

Assisting with preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

Working across primary, secondary, or SEN schools

Gaining valuable experience for those interested in teacher training or a career in education
