The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Roles may involve:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support
- Assisting with EHCPs and individual learning plans
- Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
