SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School (B30, Birmingham)
Aspire People is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in the B30 area of Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs. * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support. * Help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. * Provide 1:1 and small group interventions. * Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them achieve their full potential. UK school-based experience is essential for this role, ideally within an SEN or TA capacity.
