Are you a passionate, patient and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across our trusted partner schools in Milton Keynes.
Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, a graduate considering a career in education, or someone with transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals, we'd love to hear from you.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you'll provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and other learning differences. Your support could be delivered on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, depending on each school's requirements.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrate patience, empathy and excellent communication skills
- Are proactive, adaptable and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
