SEND Key Worker
We are seeking an experienced SEND Key Worker to support the statutory assessment and review process for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a Local Authority in the West Midlands.
Rate: £250 per day
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote
Hours: Full-time
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cases and writing Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, ensuring they are accurate, person-centred, and fully compliant with the SEND Code of Practice.
Key Requirements:
- Experience writing EHC Plans
- Proficiency in using Capita ONE and EHC Hub systems
- Strong understanding of SEND statutory processes and legislation
- Ability to manage a caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills
Experience:
- Local Authority Experience
- SEND Case Worker / Case Officer Experience
