Clevedon School is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic person to manage the main facility in The Compass Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a facility used by all our students but primarily those with SEND by providing a purposeful location for work, relaxation and therapies.
From September 2026, we are reimagining how we deliver support to students with SEND and the role you play will be vital. The focal point of this support, The Compass Centre will soon be in brand new buildings, reflecting the commitment to SEND at Clevedon School.
You will join a supportive and ambitious team who work with all colleagues to help every student reach their full potential. Colleagues are collaborative and create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.
