SEND Teacher (Part-Time – 3 Days)
Start Date: September | Primary School
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive primary school on a part-time (3 days per week) basis from September.
This is a varied role combining PPA cover with teaching responsibilities within a specialist Resource Provision, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PPA cover across Resource Provision and Nurture classes
- Undertake a 0.2 teaching commitment in Resource Provision 2 (Years 4–6)
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals
- Support pupils in achieving their full potential within an inclusive setting
About You:
- Qualified Teacher (QTS) with SEN experience
- Background in a Resource Provision, specialist, or SEN setting
- Skilled in differentiation and inclusive teaching
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Committed, patient, and passionate about SEND education
Requirements:
- QTS (essential)
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Resource Provision experience (desirable)
Salary:
MPS (M3 and above) – dependent on experience
