We are seeking a dedicated teacher to work with KS3 students working at a lower ability level, delivering a primary-style curriculum in small, supportive groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing, personalised learning environment.
The Role:
- Teaching KS3 students working at primary level
- Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the core curriculum
- Working with small class sizes to provide tailored support
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience teaching the primary curriculum
- Confident working with lower ability KS3 students
- Experience supporting SEMH needs (highly desirable)
- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
- QTS is not required
