Special Needs Teaching Assistant – SEND SCHOOL IN CR0
Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We're looking for a caring, committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in CR0. You'll work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and achievement.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting students with SEND in and out of class
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
What we're looking for
- Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with SEND
- A proactive, flexible approach
- Must have Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
