We're working with a growing digital marketing agency that's looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its client services team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering impactful digital campaigns, and helping businesses achieve measurable growth.

The role:

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
  • Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from single-channel activity through to integrated multi-channel strategies
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and drive results
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and commercial insight
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
  • Build long-term partnerships with stakeholders and deliver an exceptional client experience

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in an Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Marketing role
  • Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Understanding of channels such as SEO and PPC
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience growing client accounts and increasing revenue opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Passionate about personal development and contributing to a collaborative team culture
