Our client, an exciting start-up whom are on a mission to transform workplaces globally, are looking to recruit a passionate, driven Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. Working on an incredibly flexible hybrid basis (one day a week in the Central London HQ with 4 days working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client help to design and deliver unique behaviour-changing learning programmes for their client base and, to date, have helped to support over 300+ companies across 100+ countries – reaching over 2 million employees! Due to their exponential growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to oversee their new clients (from initial onboarding to project delivery), acting as their main point of contact throughout the process – ensuring the business deliver bespoke, high-impact solutions that meet their clients' needs. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
– Onboarding new clients (no sales – they have a separate Business Development function whom close these deals before passing relationship(s) over) – Understanding each unique client's project requirement(s) to help design the perfect programme – Owning the entire end-to-end delivery of each separate client project – Organising logistics of each project/event, supporting each client to ensure the brief is met/exceeded – Working on various client projects simultaneously – Attending client events (both virtual and in person) to ensure all programmes run as smoothly as anticipated
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
– Experience of owning client relationships (conducting regular reviews/acting as the sole point of contact) (Account Management/Client Success Management, etc) – Ability to work to a fast pace and on simultaneous client projects – Commercial mindset – ability to identify potential buying signals/opportunities to up/cross-sell solutions – Genuine ability to thrive under pressure, and take accountability for tasks – Very passionate and driven, with high energy – Fun sociable personality!
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
– Working one day a week in the London HQ (Wednesday), with 4 days working from home (ad-hoc/occasional 'additional' days in London if needed with clients) – Genuine opportunities to progress throughout the company (there are huge growth plans, so a very exciting time to be joining!)
