The Role
As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering acoustic, noise and vibration assessments across a variety of building, infrastructure and environmental projects. You'll be responsible for managing projects from initial scope through to delivery, undertaking technical assessments, developing mitigation strategies and producing high-quality reports, whilst building strong relationships with clients and mentoring junior team members.

The Senior Acoustic Consultant role is based from their Milton Keynes offices.
What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the Senior Acoustic Consultant role will have the following:

Strong experience within environmental acoustics, building acoustics or a combination of both

Academic background in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental Science or similar

Experience carrying out noise and vibration assessments, surveys and acoustic design projects

Strong knowledge of UK noise regulations, modelling techniques and industry best practice

Experience using acoustic modelling software such as SoundPLAN, CadnaA, NoiseMap, Odeon or similar tools

Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA/FIOA), or working towards it
