Senior Analytics Engineer (IC3, IC4, IC5)
Orange County, California (Minimum of 3 Days On Site per week)
Base Salary between $150,000 – $220,000 + Equity
This is an opportunity to join a high growth engineering environment where data is central to how the business operates. Rather than focusing on reporting, you will build data driven systems that directly influence real world operations, working on complex challenges across production, supply chain, and commercial performance.

The Role
You will take ownership of building high quality data products that support critical operational workflows. This is a hands on role with significant scope and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable data models that reflect how the business operates
- Building data driven applications and workflows rather than traditional dashboards
- Partnering closely with stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, and operations
- Developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and data products
- Driving improvements in data quality, accessibility, and usability
- Contributing to the evolution of the broader data platform and architecture
- Translating complex technical work into clear business impact
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar data focused role
- Advanced SQL and solid Python skills
- Proven ability to build scalable, well structured data models
- Strong understanding of data architecture and distributed systems concepts
- Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver business impact
- Track record of ownership and delivering end to end data solutions
- Exposure to modern data tooling such as dbt or similar transformation frameworks is beneficial
- Experience working with operational, manufacturing, or hardware related data is advantageous
