Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- Lead and deliver high profile projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is advantageous
- Excellent technical detailing experience
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job Running experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
- Full UK Driver's License
