Senior Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Staffordshire / West Midlands / M40 Corridor Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time Start Date: July 2026
A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and education sector projects across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and M40 Corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical experience who is comfortable managing complex projects independently and is looking to join a consultancy that values quality, compliance, and professional development.

The Role Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial, and education sector sites
Managing complex survey projects independently
Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264
Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Maintaining high technical and compliance standards
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and project teams
Supporting junior surveyors where required
About You BOHS P402 (essential)
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong experience surveying commercial, industrial, and education sector properties
Experience working independently on complex projects
Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
Full UK driving licence
Professional, organised, and reliable
Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is predominantly domestic housing surveys.
