Senior Digital Consultant (BIM) Chester (3 days per week on site) £50,000 – £70,000 + Health Insurance + Pension + Benefits
Are you an experienced BIM professional looking to drive digital delivery on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects while working within a structured and forward-thinking environment?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing digital delivery team supporting major projects in highly regulated sectors. You will operate within an established BIM framework, working closely with a Digital Lead to ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO 19650 standards and client requirements. The role offers a strong blend of technical delivery, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for managing BIM processes across live projects, producing and maintaining essential documentation including BEPs, coordinating multi-discipline models, and ensuring the effective use of CDE platforms. This role will also involve supporting wider project teams with CAD/BIM expertise and contributing to high-quality visual outputs where required.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering BIM within structured environments, particularly on infrastructure, civil engineering, nuclear, or rail projects. You will be confident working with industry-standard tools and comfortable managing your own workload within a collaborative project setting.
The Role: *Deliver BIM in line with ISO 19650 and client information requirements *Produce and maintain BEPs and digital project documentation *Coordinate multi-discipline models including clash detection *Manage and support Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms *Provide BIM and CAD support to project teams
The Person: *Experience delivering BIM on live projects under ISO 19650 *Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D or similar *Experience using CDE platforms in a project environment *Background in infrastructure, civil, nuclear, or rail sectors *Sole UK national eligible for SC clearance
