We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing pensions organisation looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support the origination and execution of complex pension transactions.
This is a commercial, transaction-focused role where you will:
- Lead transaction opportunities from origination through to execution
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, trustees and legal advisers
- Work closely with actuarial, legal and operational teams
- Represent the business in the market through conferences, events and industry engagement
- Support the development of a strong pipeline of future opportunities
About You
- Qualified actuary, lawyer or similar pensions professional
- Strong pensions transaction experience gained within an insurer, consultancy or legal environment
- Proven ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
