About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of an established hospitality business seeking an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join its commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the revenue strategy for a portfolio of properties, working alongside senior commercial leaders to maximise revenue performance through effective pricing, forecasting and inventory management.
The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping commercial decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties.
- Monitor demand, booking pace and market trends to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and commercial analysis.
- Optimise pricing, inventory and distribution to drive performance.
- Analyse competitor activity and recommend strategic actions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to achieve commercial objectives.
- Support the continued development of revenue processes and best practice.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the wider commercial team.
About You
You'll already have proven Revenue Management experience within the hospitality sector and be confident managing multiple stakeholders and commercial priorities.
You'll also have:
- Previous multi-property Revenue Management experience.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience using Revenue Management Systems and Excel.
- The ability to interpret data and translate it into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach and a genuine passion for driving commercial performance.
