This is an important hire within the residential property team, created as part of the planned succession of a long-standing senior colleague who will retire at the end of the year. The role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

- Supporting continuity within the department as part of the firm's succession planning
What we're looking for
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- The ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
- A professional, personable and client-focused approach
- Good judgement and the ability to handle matters with confidence and care
What's on offer
- Salary of £45,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
