The Role
- Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters.
- Deliver high levels of client care while building strong local relationships.
- Work within a collaborative team environment with strong support from experienced colleagues.
- Assist with mentoring and technical support for junior team members where appropriate.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.
- Enjoy a role offering autonomy, flexibility and genuine long-term progression prospects.
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing.
- Confident managing your own caseload independently.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment.
