THE ROLE
This is a high-impact position sitting within the credit risk function, focused on both analytics and strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance decisioning, monitor performance, and shape future lending strategies.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Analysing portfolio performance and identifying trends across the credit lifecycle
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI
  • Supporting scorecard development, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Translating business needs into data-driven solutions and recommendations
  • Contributing to credit strategy, policy development, and risk mitigation initiatives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in credit risk within consumer lending, banking, or fintech
  • Ability to work with data to analyse performance and inform business decisions
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data extraction, analysis, and visualisation
  • Understanding of credit models, scorecards, or lending strategies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
